Our Story
The City On The Hill Chapel is a growing evangelical church with Christ at the center, called to minister to all races and cultures particularly family units. We started with a small group of people who came together out of a shared desire to create a church living out the truth of God’s Word by modeling grace, and by loving and serving others. We believe we are to represent Christ to everyone we meet, wherever and whenever we are provided the opportunity.
Our Purpose
We believe that the Holy Spirit regenerates and forever indwells all Christians. Either subsequently or at the same moment, Jesus Christ baptizes believers in the Holy Spirit to empower believers for ministry and witness. We also believe that signs and wonders, as well as all the gifts of the Spirit described in the New Testament, are operative today and are designed to testify to the presence of the kingdom and to empower and edify the church to fulfill its calling and mission.
Our Mission Statement
The Solid Foundation Ministry a.k.a. City On The Hill Chapel is commissioned to take the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to all nations, tribes and tongues by the power of the Holy Spirit.
The focus of the church will be
To preach the undiluted word of God that is able to set free from bondage of sin and be established on the solid ground.
To help bring people out of the miry clay, set their feet on the Rock to stay and put a new song in their heart to sing.
To prepare Him a glorious church without spots or wrinkles and any form of blemishes at all.

Healing
We believe that there is divine healing for all believers through the word of God and by the believer’s faith and words. Jam 5:14
We believe that Jesus is central to everything. We believe that prayer is a direct line to God, and that we should speak to Him every chance we get.
Worship is our chance to praise God and we take joy in doing so. We believe that Jesus extends grace to everyone and that we should follow in his steps.
Who are we to pass judgment and not extend grace, when we ourselves have sinned? We believe we should love the sinner, not banish them.
